Individual and Group Accountability:
Each group member is responsible for one aspect of the presentation. Participation from every group member is necessary for whole-group success.
Group members will self-assess their work, as well as reflect on what they could improve.
Students participate in a gallery walk and view each others' art. Additionally, students work collaboratively to create their poster/video/pamphlet. Students are not only interacting with each other, but with members of their community as well.
Students will build upon each others' ideas to successfully complete this in-class activity.
Students will be charged with the task of identifying an issue affecting the community in which they live.
